Intensive In-Community (IIC)
IIC services are in-home or in-community based clinical and therapeutic support for youth and families with behavioral and emotional challenges. The purpose of IIC services are to strengthen the youth and the youth’s family, to provide stability, and to preserve the family system in the community setting.
Behavioral Assistance (BA)
BA services are in-home or in-community based support services for youth and families. BAs support the intensive in-community therapist with positive behavior modification.
Mentoring (MT)
MT services are in-home, in-community based, or tele-support services for individuals. Mentors create a positive rapport with the youth and family using the nurtured heart approach and person/family centered techniques.
Parent Coaching (PC)
PC services are in-home or in-community based support services for caregivers who need support balancing kindness and boundaries with youth and within the family system.
Life Coaching (LC)
LC services are in-home or in-community based services for youth and adults looking to pursue their highest potential through strength based, motivational, and inspirational coaching.
Consultations (CS)
CS services are services for individuals needing professional advice.
TeleMental Health (TMH)
TMH services are counseling services through audio/video technology. TMH gives you the same benefit of physical face to face counseling, but from the comfort of your home.

How do I Obtain Services?
Telemental Health (TMH) services can be obtained by contacting All Star Counseling. We are currently serving clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Fee for Services.
Life Coaching(LC) and Consultations (CS) services are fee for service contracts for individuals and organizations which can be obtained through contacting All Star Counseling.

- Call Perform Care @ 877-652-7624
- Perform Care will guide you through the steps to receive services
- Request All Star Counseling as your IIC, BA, MT, and/or PC provider
- IIC and BA services are reimbursed through Medicaid.
- MT and PC may be reimbursed by the Care Manager Organization
