Eating an alkaline diet can decrease your risk of heart disease, cancer, obesity, and other conditions. You may also experience an increase in self-esteem, energy, and happiness. You can elevate your mind and body by choosing more vegetables and fruits. An alkaline diet may be able to prevent and even heal life threatening diseases. If you want more life, eat more life!

Feel free to use the chart to help guide you to a healthy mind and body! 6 and below = Acidic (highway to death), 7 = neutral, 8 and above = Alkaline (highway to life)!

Everything may be permissible, but not everything is beneficial.
